We are a small family-run guesthouse in the peaceful Špičák neighbourhood. The historic centre is only a short walk away, while your evenings remain pleasantly quiet.

Breakfast at your own pace

We serve a continental breakfast from 8:00 to 10:00.

  • Bread, rolls and homemade cakes
  • Butter, processed cheese, two kinds of jam, Nutella, honey and pâté
  • Ham, dry salami and sliced cheese
  • Fresh vegetables and leafy salad
  • Fresh whole and sliced fruit
  • Three kinds of cereal, three kinds of dried fruit, plain yoghurt and milk
  • Two kinds of fruit juice, hot chocolate and tea
  • Instant decaffeinated coffee and freshly ground coffee from a fully automatic machine

Arrive on your terms

You are not limited by reception opening hours. Need to arrive later? No problem. A few days before arrival, we will send you access codes so you can check in comfortably on your own at any time after 2:00 pm.

Secure parking

Free parking with a limited number of spaces is available directly in front of the guesthouse. A space must be reserved in advance—please contact us about availability and include your request in the reservation notes. An EV charger is also available. If you are arriving in an electric vehicle and would like a space by the charger, please let us know in advance. The entire car park is monitored by a recording CCTV system.

  • Revolving Theatre – approx. 15 minutes on foot
  • Špičák bus stop – 2 minutes on foot (all RegioJet and IDESKA services and selected FlixBus services stop here)
  • Train station – approx. 900 m

Six rooms. Each with its own comfort.

Choose from cosy double rooms to a spacious apartment with a balcony. Every room offers comfortable box-spring beds, a private bathroom, seating, a TV, an electric kettle, Wi-Fi, towels, soap and a combined body and hair shower gel. The apartment also has its own kitchenette. A shared fridge with freezer and a microwave are available in the entrance hall.
