Why we process data
We use data to process reservations and provide accommodation, communicate with guests, maintain accounts, meet legal obligations and protect legitimate claims. The legal bases are primarily performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and legitimate interest.
Who may receive the data
Data may be disclosed to booking and payment system providers, accounting and technical suppliers, and public authorities to the extent necessary or required by law. Reservations made through Plazaro are also subject to that provider’s privacy rules.
Retention period and your rights
We retain data for the time necessary to perform the contract and subsequently for periods required by law or needed to protect legal claims. You may request access, correction or deletion, restriction of processing, or object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
