Service delivery and payment
Information about the provision of accommodation services and payment options for reservations.
Provision of the accommodation service
The reservation concerns an accommodation service provided in person at Penzion Na Špičáku, Špičák 140, 381 01 Český Krumlov. The guesthouse does not ship any goods and transport to the guesthouse is not included in the reservation price. Guests arrange their own transport.
Payment methods
A reservation may be paid online by card or through the supported bank buttons and bank transfers. The payment options currently available are displayed while completing the reservation.
Card payment
After choosing card payment, the guest is redirected to the secure Comgate payment gateway, enters the card details and confirms the payment. The gateway supports Visa and Mastercard and, depending on the device, available Apple Pay or Google Pay wallets. The guest is then redirected back and informed of the payment result.
Bank buttons and bank transfer
The guest selects their bank in the payment gateway and continues to online or mobile banking, where a pre-filled payment order is confirmed. A QR payment may also be available depending on the bank. The guest is redirected back to the reservation after completing the payment.
Security and payment gateway provider
Online payments are provided by the Comgate payment gateway. Comgate a.s. is a licensed payment institution supervised by the Czech National Bank. Payments made through the gateway are secured and all transmitted information is encrypted. Further information is available at www.comgate.eu.
Cancellation and payment refunds
Direct reservations are subject to the cancellation terms stated in our terms and conditions and in the booking confirmation. If an online payment is refundable under those terms, the refund is processed through the payment gateway.
